Summary:
Axe Cop relinquishes his title of President of the World to his wife, the Water Queen, to focus on being just Axe Cop again. He teams up with his college friend, Super Axe, to create the American Choppers, a team of axe wielding heroes. When Axe Cop gets involved in the war between heaven and hell and learns that there are alien Satans out there to chop down, the American Choppers go interstellar.
