Summary:
Following her research, Mikura sets her floatplane down in the Pacific and waits. There she finally encounters the drifting Electric Island. As she and her cat Endeavor explore the island, they encounter a hostile population and even more mysteries. The island continues to move along, and Mikura wonders where it is headed.
