Summary:
Echo, the elephant matriarch, was the subject of many films and the leader of a carefully studied herd of elephants in Africa. In 2009 she died of natural causes. A look back at this remarkable animal through extraordinary footage and interviews with scientist Cynthia Moss, cameraman Martyn Colbeck, and the researchers that cared for and studied this amazing herd over the course of more than 30 years.
