Summary:
Explores the circumstances surrounding the 1986 explosion of the space shuttle Challenger, as well as other tragedies such as plane crashes, earthquakes, and the death of an American soldier in Vietnam. In all of the cases, psychics maintain that they had premonitions of the fatal events before they occurred, and question whether their extra-sensory powers could have been used to prevent the deaths of thousands.
