Summary:
Workaholic attorney Kate is sent to get a bed and breakfast appraised, however, the owner is uncooperative because he thinks a spirit lives there and wouldn't approve. The only way Kate gets a promotion is if she completes this task. Determind, she checks in and haggles with a "man" she ends up falling in love with, but he just so happens to be the spirit!
