Dinah Pelerin isn't so sure when her best friend Claude Ann Kemper tells her she's getting married on the lip of a volcano in Hawaii, but hot lava isn't the only danger they face leading up to the wedding. A group of Native Hawaiians claim that the sacred bones of an ancestral king are buried on the land Claude Ann's fiancé, Xander, plans to sell, and they will stop at nothing to halt the real estate deal. To make matters worse, Claude Ann's ex-husband is stalking her, a blackmailer is hoping to cash in on Xander's suspicious past, and the island is rocked by a series of earthquakes. But when one of the wedding party is pushed into a flow of molten lava, trouble in paradise turns deadly.
