Síntesis:
After years of dealing with the bumbling Clouseau, Charles Dreyfus has gone totally insane. Clouseau's former boss tries to kill him but fails. Dreyfus then builds a death ray and vows that if Clouseau is not dead, he will begin to destroy the world.
