Primarily a side-by-side account from Roger Eigenfeld and Paul Harrington of their ministries, with commentary by Duane Paetznick. Roger and Paul served St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Mahtomedi, Minnesota, and Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley, Minnesota, respectively, each for 33 years. Both churches grew into megachurches during their tenure. The two pastors reflect upon their leadership during those times of growth, development, and change, and explain how a climate of welcome and trust helped the churches grow.
